Custom Cookies

We have previously done custom cookies for authors, publishers, and businesses, as well as brides and grooms. If you want cookies for your book launch, corporate event, family event or wedding, we can help.

Following receipt of your inquiry, we will start a design consultation process. Your cookies can feature a company logo, elements of your book cover, or reflect a theme of your party or wedding.

Please include details of any design ideas you may have on the enquiry form. Custom orders are restricted to a minimum of 30 cookies, and a maximum of 3 designs.

NOTE: Copyrighted or trademarked images are strictly prohibited.

Everything we make is 'from scratch'; baked and decorated to order, just for you.

There is a lot of care and attention that goes in to a custom order; from design, to shopping for supplies; from baking and decorating, to packaging and posting. We may also need to order custom cutters or templates.

This is why we must insist on a minimum of 4 weeks notice.

If you require custom cookies at a shorter notice, we may be able to accommodate diary permitting, but this will incur and additional "rush fee" charge.

Custom cookies are available with a minimum order of 2 dozen (24), up to 300.

Due to the extra work involved in custom orders, the cost of smaller quantities would be prohibitive.

Cookies are available in one of our signature flavours - Chocolate and Vanilla Bean. A list of ingredients can be found on the Full Terms and Conditions (PDF).

Other flavour options may be available. If you have a preference, please include this in your inquiry, and we will try to accommodate you.

Orders of 100 and over can have a 50/50 mixture of flavours.

All colourants used are kosher and vegetarian. For liability reasons, we cannot offer gluten free products, or guarantee that products are nut free. All products are made in premises in which wheat flour, soya and nuts are used, and while every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate, products may contain traces of allergens.

Here at Mutherfudger, we only use biodegradable or recyclable packaging. Your order will come with instructions for storage of your cookies, and disposal of packaging.

Your cookies will be individually packaged for convenience and hygiene in heat-sealed fully biodegradable clear bags. For a little extra, you can have a card 'topper' that can display promotional text, a date, or images.

Cookies will be mailed using MyHermes or Parcel Force

Once a custom order is accepted, an invoice is raised through Paypal for 50% of the total value as a non-refundable retainer which is deducted from the final balance payable. The order is not considered confirmed until the retainer is received. If the retainer invoice is not paid within 1 week, the order is deemed cancelled. A final balance invoice is raised 4 weeks prior to delivery date less any retainer paid. At this stage, no details of the order can be changed. This must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to delivery or the order is deemed cancelled and the retainer is forfeit.

*Price is dependent on size of cookie, complexity of design, and techniques used. Please bear this in mind when submitting designs. This is a guide only and all prices will be quoted individually. These prices do not include the cost of card toppers, artwork design or postage.

Simple Minimal detail on one layer with 1-2 colours maximum
Basic Basic detailing, with up to 3-4 colours; some text or simple decoration, no hand-painting/airbrushing
Detailed A detailed base layer, with secondary layer of decoration such as lettering; up to 5-6 colours; minimal hand painting or airbrushed/stencilled
Elaborate A detailed design involving several details, with 6 or more colours and multiple layers requiring drying time between layers; a detailed hand-painted design, airbrushed/stencilled, or hand-cut cookie. A cookie like this can take 30 minutes or more to make embellishments, or airbrush/stencilled, or hand cut.

Each cookie will bagged individually in biodegradable bags, with an ingredient sticker on the back so that any guests with allergies are fully informed of our ingredients. For an additional 25p per cookie, we can add the addition of a card topper, a folded printed card that is stapled over the top of the bag. This can include names of the happy couple, the date, location, the event name etc, with ingredients on the back. Alternatively, we can add a bow (many colours available to work with your colour scheme) for an additional 40p per cookie.

Terms & Conditions (quick version)

Bespoke orders must be a minimum order of 12 cookies (1 dozen), with a maximum of 3 designs per dozen. No copyrighted or trademarked images allowed.
Once we received your enquiry, we will generate a quote. Once quote is received, if you wish to go ahead, please confirm within 24 hrs. We require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice from delivery date.
Orders are subject to availability in the diary.
Once the order is confirmed, an invoice is raised via Paypal for a 50% retainer, which is deducted from the final balance payable. All retainers are non-refundable. The order is not considered confirmed until retainer is received. If the retainer invoice is not paid within 7 days of issue, the order is deemed cancelled.
A final balance invoice is issued 2 weeks prior to delivery date. This must be paid in full within 7 days of issue or the order is deemed cancelled.
If a bespoke order is cancelled by the customer with more than 4 weeks to delivery, any payment received over and above the 50% non-refundable retainer will be refunded, less admin and processing costs. Any order cancelled by the customer less than 4 weeks before delivery will not be refunded.
Cookies will be posted either by Royal Mail Parcel Force or MyHermes (UK Mainland Only). Original quote will include postage costs.
We reserve the right to use any image of cookies made by Mutherfudger for publication at a later date.
