White Chocolate Buttercream
Ingredients
- 200g Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 500g Icing Sugar
- 300g Finest White Chocolate
- Milk
Directions
1. | Beat the butter until soft and pale |
2. | Add in the icing sugar and continue to beat until light and fluffy |
3. | Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and allow to cool |
4. | Once cooled, add to the mix. You may need to add a little milk at this stage - it really depends on the chocolate used |
