White Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients

  • 200g Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 500g Icing Sugar
  • 300g Finest White Chocolate
  • Milk

Directions

1. Beat the butter until soft and pale
2. Add in the icing sugar and continue to beat until light and fluffy
3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and allow to cool
4. Once cooled, add to the mix. You may need to add a little milk at this stage - it really depends on the chocolate used
