Royal Icing (with dried albumen)
Ingredients
- 17g Dried Albumen
- 100ml Water
- 500g Icing Sugar
Directions
1. | Add the albumen to the water and mix until combined and lump free |
2. | Add half the icing sugar and mix on a low speed until well mixed |
3. | Add the rest of the icing sugar gradually and continue to beat until stiff |
