Piping Gel
Piping Gel
Ingredients
- 70g Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour
- 60ml Lemon Juice
- 60ml Water
Directions
1. | Whisk the sugar and cornflour together in a small pan |
2. | Add the lemon juice and water and whisk together ensuring no lumps |
3. | Stir over a medium heat until the mixture boils and thickens |
4. | Colour as desired |
Note
The piping gel will last for a month in the fridge
