Paprika Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken Wings
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
1. | Separate each of the chicken wings into three pieces - the drumette (neared the body), the wingette (middle section), and the tip. Discard the tips |
2. | Pre-heat the oven to 140°C / 275°F / Gas Mark 1 |
3. | Bake the chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet for 30 minutes |
4. | Turn the heat up to 220°C / 425°F / Gas Mark 7 for a further 45 minutes or until crispy, turning half way through cooking |
5. | Serve with an avocado & sour cream dip and a ranch dip |
