Paprika Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Wings
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

1. Separate each of the chicken wings into three pieces - the drumette (neared the body), the wingette (middle section), and the tip. Discard the tips
2. Pre-heat the oven to 140°C / 275°F / Gas Mark 1
3. Bake the chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet for 30 minutes
4. Turn the heat up to 220°C / 425°F / Gas Mark 7 for a further 45 minutes or until crispy, turning half way through cooking
5. Serve with an avocado & sour cream dip and a ranch dip
