Tomato Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 500g Passata
- 400g Chopped Plum Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
Directions
1. | Add the diced onion to a large sauce pan with some olive oil and saute until soft |
2. | Add in the minced garlic and cook for another few minutes |
3. | Pour in the chopped tomatoes and passata |
4. | Sprinkle in the herbs, and simmer over a low heat until the sauce is thickened |
