Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • 340g Caster Sugar
  • 85g Dark Brown Sugar
  • 100g Cocoa Powder
  • 30g Plain Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 395g Condensed Milk
  • 250ml Water
  • 30g Unsalted Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients, except for the vanilla extract, into a sauce pan
2. Bring to the boil stirring constantly and boil for 5 minutes
3. Allow to cool a little, then stir in the vanilla extract
4. Serve warm over ice cream
