Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- 340g Caster Sugar
- 85g Dark Brown Sugar
- 100g Cocoa Powder
- 30g Plain Flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 395g Condensed Milk
- 250ml Water
- 30g Unsalted Butter
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. | Add all the ingredients, except for the vanilla extract, into a sauce pan |
2. | Bring to the boil stirring constantly and boil for 5 minutes |
3. | Allow to cool a little, then stir in the vanilla extract |
4. | Serve warm over ice cream |
