Cheeseburger Casserole
Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 250g Dried Pasta
- 1 Large Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 450g Lean Steak Mince
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
- 4-5 Plum Tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 200g Grated Cheddar
- Sliced Dill Pickle
Directions
1. | Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente |
2. | Pre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 4 / 180C / 350F |
3. | Saute the diced onion in a little olive oil until soft |
4. | Add the garlic and cook for another minute |
5. | Add the mince and cook until browned |
6. | Stir in the salt, ketchup and mustard then the chopped tomato |
7. | Add the cooked pasta to the meat mixture, then pour into a 9 x 13 pan |
8. | Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly |
9. | Top with dill pickle and serve |
