Candy Cane Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 800g White Chocolate
  • 200g Red Candy Melts
  • Peppermint Flavouring
  • Red and White Candy Cane Sprinkles

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate in a large glass bowl over a pot of simmering water, then put to one side over the bowl, but off the heat
2. In a clean bowl, melt the candy melts over another pan of simmering water
3. Pour the melted white chocolate into a large shallow baking tray and level out by shaking the tray gently
4. Add a few drops of peppermint flavouring to the red candy melts until you get a good flavour, and ensure you stir in well
5. Drizzle the red candy melts over the white chocolate, then using a cocktail stick or kebab stick, swirl the red through. Be careful not to over swirl, or you will just end up with pink chocolate. You want to see two distinct colours
6. Scatter over the red and white candy cane sprinkles and allow to set at room temperature. Once set, chill for a few hours, then snap into smaller pieces
